Canopy Grounds is a mobile coffee cart built on a simple belief: great coffee shouldn’t cost the planet.

Coffee is naturally a forest plant, grown for centuries in the shade of the canopy. Today, much of the world’s coffee is grown on cleared land, which strips away the trees, soil, and wildlife habitat it depends on. The more we learned about that, the more we wanted to serve coffee differently.

So we built a cart that brings thoughtful coffee to you, whether it’s a wedding, a pop-up, or an office morning. Every drink we pour starts with beans we can stand behind, from an all-women-run farm in Jalisco, Mexico, and is served with compostable cups and lids so the experience doesn’t leave a mess behind.

We’re a small, growing business, and our own line of beans is on the way. Until then, the promise stays the same: coffee that’s good for the people who grow it, the places it grows, and everyone who drinks it.
